Anderson MacGyver appoints Han Hendriks as Chief Growth Officer

Anderson MacGyver, a digital strategy consultancy with offices in three European countries, has appointed Han Hendriks as Chief Growth Officer.
In his new role, Han Hendriks will support company founders Rik Bijmholt (CEO) and Gerard Wijers (CTO) with steering Anderson MacGyver through its next phase of growth.
Anderson MacGyver was founded by the duo in the Netherlands in 2013, and has since then grown to a team around 65 consultants and staff. The firm expanded into Sweden in 2019, followed up by expansion into Germany in 2021. From its three bases, Anderson MacGyver works for clients in multiple European countries on topics such as digital strategy, the transformation into a digital enterprise, and IT architecture.
“I am excited that Han is joining us as Chief Growth Officer,” said chief executive Bijmholt. “His experience and energy are exactly what we need to scale up and make more impact for our clients. With his background in entrepreneurship, strategy, transformation and technology, Han is excellently positioned to realize our ambition as a pan-European consultancy firm.”
Hendriks brings a wealth of experience as an entrepreneur in the consulting scene to Anderson MacGyver. In 2000 he co-founded Kirkman Company, a management consultancy, and in 2007 he co-launched YSE, a provider of traineeships to young professionals. Both players evolved into leaders in their respective segments before they merged into Kyden, where Hendriks still is involved as a non-executive board member.
Hendriks will combine his position at Anderson MacGyver with a number of other roles, including serving as a mentor of scale-ups.
Key pillars of Anderson MacGyver’s growth plan include expanding its reputation and impact in its current domains, developing new offerings in high-growth areas such as artificial intelligence, and the expansion into new markets.
