Argon & Co broadens management consulting services with Advyce & Company

Argon & Co has significantly expanded its footprint and portfolio in the DACH region with the acquisition of Advyce & Company, adding over 100 consultants and four offices.

One of Germany’s leading management consultancies, Advyce & Company, has joined forced with the Argon & Co, a global player specialised in operations and supply chain with the ambition to rapidly scale its business over the next years. The deal comes hot on the heels of Argon roping in a second capital investment from a private equity fund, which closed earlier this week.

Founded in 2014, Advyce & Company has 20 partners and 100 consultants based across offices in Düsseldorf, Munich, Mannheim, and Zurich. The firm supports its clients with strategy, transformation, performance improvement and M&A projects, in industries including automotive, energy, financial services, and manufacturing.

The deal – number 15 or so since 2020 – lifts Argon & Co’s worldwide headcount to over 850 consultants and staff, who operate from 17 offices across Europe, the Middle East, Asia, Australasia, and North America. Notably, the deal also broadens Argon & Co’s service portfolio beyond its traditional focus on operations, supply chain and procurement.
