Two European HubSpot partners, Bright Digital and Six + Flow, have joined forces to create a larger international player with over 150 staff and offices in six countries.

Established in 2014 in the Netherlands, Bright Digital is a 100-person consultancy with staff in the Netherlands and Denmark. The company has seen rapid growth since the arrival of investor Delta Equity Partners, with backed three acquisitions, and is now also backing the joining of forces with Six + Flow.

UK-headquartered Six + Flow meanwhile is also a HubSpot Elite partner with around 50 experts working from locations in the United Kingdom, Ireland, Canada and South Africa.

Both companies provide an end-to-end HubSpot offering, from advisory and technical design, through to build, implementation and business as usual support.

“After establishing ourselves as leading HubSpot partners in our respective regions, we’re proud to announce our joining forces to accelerate our shared vision for the future,” said Lambert van Asselt, co-founder of Bright Digital.

The move will enable the two CRM-focused consulting firms to scale their footprint, widen their client impact and deepen their offerings, at a time when all these elements are becoming increasingly important for internationalising and more demanding clients.

“HubSpot customers need larger partners with the knowledge and experience to solve complex digital challenges,” explained Van Asselt. “That is why we are very pleased that we can continue our international expansion with Six & Flow, one of the best-known HubSpot partners in its region.”

Richard Wood, founder of Six & Flow, added: “HubSpot is starting to pull away from the other players in the smart CRM space. The continued move upmarket sees an increased need to solve complex needs, both technically and geographically. Bright Digital and Six & Flow are a perfect fit to continue solving for HubSpot customers. Together, we’re excited to set the standard of what excellence looks like across this new generation of partners.”

Meanwhile, for employees, the tie-up will open up new opportunities, such as international projects and accelerated career growth, said the two leaders.

Late last year, three other HubSpot partners completed a relatively similar cross-border merger, with Invise (Sweden), Trialta (Germany) and Webs (Netherlands) coming together under one banner.
