Heidrick Consulting, the consultancy arm of global executive search firm Heidrick & Struggles, has added two senior professionals to its ranks in France and the United Kingdom.

Laurent Buratti

In France, Heidrick Consulting appointed Laurent Buratti as Partner in the Paris office. He brings over two decades of experience with him to the firm, serving as coach and advisor to leaders around the world on issues related to vision, strategy, team-building, leadership and change management.

Prior to joining Heidrick Consulting, Buratti led his own company, the ‘Laurent Buratti Academy’. Previously, he was the European Practice Leader of the Results Delivery practice at Bain & Company, where he specialised in leadership and change management, and the European practice leader in leadership, executive team development and organisational capability at The Boston Consulting Group. Before that he was Managing Partner at Transformance, an executive coaching, leadership and transformation firm, for six years.

Buratti has worked in the consulting industry his entire professional career. After starting his career with Capgemini Consulting, he later on worked for Andersen Consulting, which today trades as Accenture. He is the author of several books in French, and graduated as a teacher and supervisor in coaching and team building, holding among others a masters degree in coaching and team building from the Lenhardt School of Coaching in Paris. Buratti graduated from the Paris Business School of Management (ESCP) in 1996.

Adam Howe

Bolstering its growing UK division, Adam Howe joins as a Principal in the firm’s London office. Prior to joining Heidrick Consulting, he was the founder and CEO of Stop., a boutique consulting firm that worked with leaders and managers of global companies to create simpler, smarter, and more agile organisations. Before Stop., Adam was a partner at Simplicity Consulting, an operational advisory, and practice lead at Mind Gym, an organisational performance and culture change consultancy.

Howe, who has a bachelor’s in economics and a master’s in international management, both from the University of Exeter, started his working life in Accenture’s Strategy practice. Throughout his career, he has worked internationally and across a range of sectors helping organisations transform performance by enabling their people to be more effective.

“The addition of Laurent and Adam in Europe further enhances our ability to help our clients drive transformation and to identify and develop leaders,” said Andrew LeSueur, Global Managing Partner of Heidrick Consulting. “Each brings extensive experience in change management and transformation and will leverage our distinctive intellectual property to help our clients accelerate their performance.”

Heidrick & Struggles launched Heidrick Consulting in September last year in response to growing demand for its leadership consulting and culture shaping services. As part of its ramp up in Europe, Heidrick Consulting in Q4 last year added four senior professionals to its ranks in the UK and Switzerland: Alice Breeden, David Boehmer, Marcus de Luca and Sylvain Dhenin.
