H&Z Management Consulting adds Tobias Witte to leadership team of H&Z.digital

H&Z Management Consulting has beefed up its digital ambitions with the hire of Tobias Witte, who will strengthen the management team of subsidiary H&Z.digital.

Appointed a Managing Partner, Tobias Witte brings more than 20 years of experience in managing large-scale transformation programmes and advising C-level executives at global Fortune 500 companies, gained both in consulting and in industry.

Before joining H&Z Management Consulting, Witte worked at Celonis, a Unicorn software company for process intelligence, where he was Director of Customer Value. In that role, helped DAX-listed companies realise efficiency potential in the hundreds of millions and sustainably expand strategic accounts.

Before that, Witte spent years in the consulting sector, serving as Director of Global Project Management & Business Process Excellence at Hitachi Vantara, and with EY (including a period at legal predecessor ifb), and Deloitte.  He also held roles at Atos and Siemens, among others.

In his new role, Witte will focus on expanding the H&Z.digital, and supporting clients with applying process intelligence and digital transformation to optimise and streamline their value chains, and enhance strategic planning and overall corporate management.

H&Z.digital was launched in February 2024, bringing together the digital capabilities of H&Z Management Consulting with Transform8, a company it acquired at the start of 2024. The unit specialises in topics such as data analytics, process automation, and digital transformation.
