Capgemini Invent appoints French leaders Etienne Grass and Arnaud Richard

Global consulting firm Capgemini Invent has made two senior leadership appointments. Étienne Grass, the boss of the company’s French business, has been promoted to Global AI Officer, with Arnaud Richard taking over his country responsibilities.
According to reporting by French media platform La Lettre du Conseil, Étienne Grass has been promoted from his current position of Executive Director of Capgemini Invent in France. He held the role for around two years, and before that, he held several other leadership roles at Capgemini Invent, including serving as Global Head of the Public Services practice.
Now in the role of Global AI Officer, Grass will spearhead the firm’s AI offering worldwide. Capgemini Invent has over 12,500 people at more than 36 locations, with AI and AI-driven digital transformation earmarked as one of the key growth propositions for the years ahead. Grass will also serve as the linking pin between the AI offerings of Capgemini Invent (focused on consulting and creative) and parent Capgemini (focused on technology).
His successor meanwhile, Arnaud Richard, is a 24-year company veteran. He most recently served as Global Sales Officer at Capgemini Invent. Earlier in his career, he held several senior client-facing consulting roles, including serving as Head of the Finance, Risk & Compliance practice.
As the Executive Director of Capgemini Invent in France, he leads a team of 4,000 consultants and staff. This number includes the headcount of subsidiaries frog and Quantmetry.
Both Grass and Richard operate out of Paris, where Capgemini Invent is headquartered.
