CIL appoints ex-BCG partner Laurent Billès-Garabédian as Senior Advisor

International strategy consultancy CIL has appointed Laurent Billès-Garabédian as a Senior Advisor to its French team.

Laurent Billès-Garabédian brings a wealth of consultancy experience to the growth strategy firm, having spent 22 years as a partner & managing director at Boston Consulting Group, where he focused on sectors including life sciences, aerospace, defence, and private equity. He specialises in topics including growth strategy, value creation, post-merger integration, and research & development.

Billès-Garabédian has also held senior corporate roles in the health, data science and construction sectors.

At CIL, he will support the growth ambition of its French business, which launched in 2022 and has since then grown its position in the mid-sized segment for strategy and M&A work.
