International professional services Org Group has acquired Enterprise Digital Resources, a Belgian staffing company specialised in the ERP and enterprise technology segments.

Based in Brussels, Enterprise Digital Resources (EDR) supplies technology talent to clients in countries including France, Belgium, the UK, Ireland and several other European markets. The firm has deep expertise in the ERP segment, spanning systems such as Oracle and SAP, and in key areas within ERP systems such as HCM (human capital management), EPM (enterprise performance management), CRM (customer relationship management) and BI (business intelligence).

Enterprise Digital Resources now becomes part of Org Group, which has a team of over 3,000 employees and 3,000 associates in 12 countries. The group is active in three lines of business: advisory, recruitment, and business process outsourcing, with EDR joining its recruitment unit.

Previously, Org Group beefed up its recruitment business with the acquisitions of Morgan McKinley (19 offices in 10 countries) and Venturi (offices in Manchester, New York and Düsseldorf).

“EDR’s deep domain expertise is a natural fit for Org Group. The addition of EDR deepens our specialisation in identifying and deploying expert talent for some of the most complex enterprise technology projects,” said Seb O’Connell, CEO of Org Group.

Org Group’s advisory business operates as Org, while its business process managed services arm is led by Abtran. “This deal complements our capacity to deliver impactful digital and organisational transformation through the right mix of strategy, systems and people,” O’Connell added.

Meanwhile, for Belgium-based EDR, joining forces with the international player will enable its team to scale our impact, said Director James Parker. “Joining the Group enables us to scale our impact and support more organisations in navigating the future of enterprise technology.”
