Bain & Company appoints Laurent Hermoye as EMEA Leader for Enterprise Technology
Global management consulting firm Bain & Company has appointed Laurent Hermoye as regional leader of its Enterprise Technology practice for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
Based in Brussels, Laurent Hermoye brings two decades of experience in shaping and delivering large-scale digital transformations to the role, particularly in the consumer brands sector. He has advised more than 30 chief information officers from the top 60 global consumer goods companies, supporting their end-to-end transformations across consumer, customer, supply chain, enterprise resource planning, and M&A domains.
He has led over five ERP programs as a business integrator and supported more than 10 process and technology integrations and separations. Hermoye also works with IT organizations to transform their own functions through technology strategy, operating model redesign, performance improvement, and foundational upgrades to unlock AI potential.
Before stepping into this new role EMEA role, Hermoye led the development and scaling of the Enterprise Technology hubs in Madrid, Mexico, and India. He has been with Bain & Company since 2008.
Prior to joining Bain & Company, Hermoye worked at Deloitte, where he implemented SAP and Salesforce solutions.
Laurent Hermoye holds a Master in Computer Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin and a Master in Finance from Solvay Business School.
Bain & Company’s Enterprise Technology practice consists of a team of more than 1,500 multidisciplinary experts including data scientists, architects, software engineers, innovators and designers. The practice is led by Pascal Gautheron, who recently took over from Stephen Phillips.
