FTI Consulting adds Sébastien Flageollet to Business Transformation team
FTI Consulting has strengthened its team in the Benelux with Sébastien Flageollet, who has been appointed as a Managing Director in the Amsterdam office.
A member of the Business Transformation practice, Sébastien Flageollet brings nearly a decade of experience in performance improvement and merger & acquisitions-driven transformation to the firm.
During his past nine years in consulting at Monitor Deloitte, he has worked with the management teams of corporations, private equity funds and their portfolio companies on a variety of transformation projects, including strategic planning, reorganisations, mergers & acquisitions, and cost and process optimisation.
Before management consulting, Flageollet served the French Air Force, where he served as Flight Commander and received honours for his operational service.
At FTI Consulting, Flageollet will work with clients across a range of industries to support growth through improvement plans, market analysis and value creation initiatives. He will also provide guidance throughout the M&A lifecycle, from due diligence to deal signing, closing and value realisation.

FTI Consulting entered the Dutch market in 2021 when it acquired local player BOLD. The firm has a team of around 40 consultants in the Netherlands and serves certain segments of the market through alliances.
