FiSer Consulting appoints Randal van Vliet as Banking practice lead

FiSer Consulting has strengthened its senior team with the hire of Randal van Vliet, who has joined the firm as Principal Consultant and Lead of the Banking practice.

Randal van Vliet brings more than 25 years of experience in commercial and investment banking, holding senior positions in technology, operations and transformation. Throughout his career, he has successfully led large-scale change programmes across Europe, Asia, the Middle East and North America, supporting banks and financial institutions through complex transformations.

His expertise spans financial technology, organisational change and delivery management, with a proven track record of helping organisations respond to regulatory developments, technology advancements and shifting client expectations.

Prior to joining FiSer Consulting, Van Vliet spent eleven years at FIS, a provider of technology solutions to the financial services industry. Before that, worked around fifteen years at ABN Amro and Royal Bank of Scotland (after its acquisition of ABN Amro), and around a decade at Capgemini where he grew the ranks from consultant to project manager.

At FiSer Consulting, Van Vliet will lead the firm’s Banking practice, its largest industry vertical, providing banks and financial institutions with expertise in transformation, project delivery, system implementation, and operational excellence.
