Kotter Training names MCH Consultancy a certified training partner in Benelux
US-headquartered Kotter Training has named Dutch consultancy firm MCH Consultancy its first certified training partner in the Benelux region.
Kotter is one of the world’s most renowned institutions in the field of change management. Founded by John Kotter, a Harvard professor internationally recognised for more than 40 years of academic research into organisational change, the institute advises organisations and people around the world on applying the Kotter methodology, and provides training and education services through the Kotter Training brand.
Kotter Training promotes its methodology through its own operation and a global network of certified advisory and training partners. In the Benelux, MCH Consultancy has now become the first organisation to attain this certified status.
“Kotter strategies are used by thousands of organisations worldwide to create alignment, unlock energy, and drive change from within,” said Björn Bierhaalder, Partner at MCH Consultancy. “After more than twenty years of working with Kotter’s change management strategies, this partnership feels like a natural next step.”
MCH Consultancy specialises in supporting mid-sized companies with the design and delivery of organisational change. As a certified Kotter partner, the firm can now offer a wide range of training programmes, workshops, and coaching to organisations looking to embrace and apply the Kotter methodology.
“We provide certification programmes based on Kotter’s research, deliver workshops and bespoke programmes that bring his change strategies to life, and help organisations embed sustainable change through ongoing guidance and coaching,” Bierhaalder explains.
“By combining Kotter’s proven methodology with our own experience in navigating complex transformations, we help organisations achieve meaningful and lasting results.”
When asked why MCH Consultancy is committed to the Kotter approach, Bierhaalder shared: “The Kotter approach aligns perfectly with our own vision of change leadership: not through control, but through trust in people. This methodology helps organisations build momentum, bring employees together around a shared purpose, and activate a powerful network that makes change possible.”
