Pierre de Raismes leads A&M’s Private Equity Financial Services team in Europe
Global professional services firm Alvarez & Marsal (A&M) has brought Pierre de Raismes on board to lead its Private Equity Financial Services team in Europe.
Based in Paris, Pierre de Raismes brings significant experience leading transactions and transformations across the financial services sector, working with both private equity investors and financial services institutions across multiple regions, including Europe and the Middle East.
His work spans the full investment lifecycle, from transactions and growth strategy to commercial due diligence and post-merger integration and operational improvement.
At Alvarez & Marsal, he will lead the Private Equity Financial Services team and spearhead its further growth ambition in Europe. This team supports financial services clients across the full range of verticals including banking, insurance, wealth and asset managers, and fintechs.

He joins Alvarez & Marsal from Bain & Company, where he was a Partner in the Private Equity and the Financial Services practices. He led Bain & Company’s private equity activity within financial services in France and held global responsibility for its post-merger integration capability in the sector.
