Boston Consulting Group appoints new Managing Directors & Partners in France

Boston Consulting Group (BCG) has strengthened its leadership team in Paris with five new Managing Directors and Partners. The appointments are effective January 1, 2026.

Chloé Caparros is a member of the Healthcare, Operations, and Principal Investors & Private Equity practices. She advises biopharmaceutical companies on large-scale transformations of their supply chains, focusing on operational excellence and the application of artificial intelligence. She also advises private equity funds on due diligence, portfolio strategies, and value creation plans.

Caparros joined Boston Consulting Group in 2015, after gaining initial experience in R&D at Valeo.

Albane de Vauplane is a member of the Financial Institutions practice, advising clients in the payments, fintech, and retail banking sectors. She is also a leader of the firm’s Payments & Fintech segment.

De Vauplane joined Boston Consulting Group in 2016 as an Associate, following an internship in the Casablanca office.

Olivier Kahn is a member of the Consumer Goods and Operations practice groups. He was the first data scientist to join BCG X in France in 2015, when the firm launched its artificial intelligence offering. He designs and develops AI solutions applied to supply chain, personalization, and sales optimization, with a focus on clients in the retail, fashion, and luxury sectors.

Laurent Rey advises investors throughout the entire asset lifecycle: fund strategy, transactions, and operational value creation. He is a member of the Principal Investors & Private Equity practice.

Rey joined Boston Consulting Group in 2019 as a Project Manager, having previously served Roland Berger for seven years.

Léa Trial is a member of the Consumer Goods and Marketing, Sales & Pricing practices. She advises major players in the consumer goods sector on their strategic and operational transformations, particularly regarding revenue growth management.

She began her career at Boston Consulting Group in late 2015 as an Associate. Trial is also committed to developing an inclusive and balanced work environment through the Family and Women@BCG networks, supporting young parents within the global consulting firm.
