HKA welcomes Hermano Oliveira to leadership team in Paris
Global consulting firm HKA has appointed Hermano Oliveira as a Director in its Forensic Accounting & Commercial Damages practice.
Based out of Paris, Hermano Oliveira is an experienced professionals with over 20 years of experience in the consulting landscape, advising public and private clients across Europe, and worldwide, from energy and infrastructure sectors. His expertise spans economic analysis, strategic guidance, and dispute resolution, including support for arbitration dispute cases.
Oliveira has worked extensively in the energy sector, particularly across the gas, electricity, and renewable energy – including hydrogen, biofuels, synthetic fuels, and renewable gases. He provides end-to-end expert advisory services across the energy value chain, helping clients navigate complex topics including policy and regulation, market modelling, tariff design, project finance, large-scale program delivery, and due diligence.
Throughout his career, he has acted as an expert consultant in high-profile assignments for ministries, regulators, energy companies, law firms, and infrastructure investment funds.

Prior to joining HKA, Oliveira worked at FTI Consulting, where he was a Senior Director in its Energy practice. Earlier, he worked in the consulting divisions of CGI, EY and PwC, among others.
