CYLAD welcomes new partners in Paris: Olivier Floch and Romain Capaldi
International management consulting firm CYLAD has appointed two new partners in its Paris office: Olivier Floch and Romain Capaldi.
Olivier Floch has over 20 years of experience in consulting, with a focus on life sciences and pharmaceuticals. His expertise spans the entire value chain – from strategy and due diligence to product launch, organizational transformation, market access, operational performance, and digital, data and AI initiatives.
Before joining CYLAD this month, Floch worked at consulting firms including ZS, Roland Berger, Capgemini Invent, and Opusline, before leading the Life Science Strategy & Consulting practice at Accenture in France.
Romain Capaldi meanwhile joins from Guidehouse, where he led the firm’s French business. Earlier in his career, he worked for Navigant (before its acquisition by Guidehouse), Sopra Steria and Capgemini Invent.
Capaldi has over 20 years of experience in the energy sector, spanning transition technologies, industrial challenges, regulatory frameworks, institutional relations, and complex transformations. He specializes in organization, decarbonization, innovation, and the delivery of large-scale industrial programs.
Commenting on the appointments, Olivier Paget, partner at CYLAD in Paris, said: “We are delighted to welcome Olivier and Romain. These two appointments fully align with our strategy of diversification into new industries, with the ambition of strengthening our ability to address increasingly complex challenges for our clients. They will further enrich our team and actively contribute to the development of new high-value-added offerings.”
Record year
The appointments come against the backdrop of a record year for CYLAD, which saw its turnover grow to €34 million over the past twelve months. Its headcount grew by 15% to nearly 170 people across offices in six countries.
CYLAD was founded in 2007. The firm focuses on strategy and operations services and industrial clients.
