KennedyFitch grows Dutch presence with acquisition of Advisory Services HQ
KennedyFitch, a Swiss human capital advisory and executive search firm, has expanded its presence in the Benelux market through the acquisition of Advisory Services HQ.
Established in 2009, KennedyFitch is a Zurich-headquartered company that provides executive search, people advisory and human capital transformation services to executives and their management teams.
The acquisition of Advisory Services HQ boosts the firm’s consulting arm, in particular in the area of HR transformation. Founded under three years ago in the Netherlands, Advisory Services HQ supports clients with HR technology strategy, system selection and implementation, operating model design, HR data and people analytics, and change management.
As part of the deal, the team of Advisory Services HQ will become part of KennedyFitch’s People Advisory unit. “Bringing our teams together will allow us to support clients in a more integrated way. Expanding our HR transformation and technology offering will strengthen our ability to support organizations across the full HR journey, bringing great value to our clients,” said Frank van den Brink, Managing Partner at KennedyFitch in the Netherlands.
He is now joined by newly appointed Managing Partner Jolanda Hidding, who founded Advisory Services HQ following a career at EY and previously at Deloitte and WTW. “Our ambition has always been to help organizations modernize their HR functions and translate technology and data into real value for both people and the business. Joining KennedyFitch allows us to bring that expertise into a broader context and support clients in a more integrated and impactful way.”
The other Managing Partners of KennedyFitch are Joan Beets (based in Switzerland) and Nils Richter (based in Germany).
KennedyFitch has acquired Advisory Services HQ from Services HQ, a broader HR-focused professional services firm. It remains active in the Dutch consulting market through its label People Services HQ, which supports organisations with HR system implementation and managed services.
