Stefan Hendriks joins Dazzle as Client Impact Manager

Dazzle, a network for independent sustainability consultants, has welcomed Stefan Hendriks to its team as Client Impact Manager.

In this newly created role, Hendriks will serve as the primary point of contact for organisations working with Dazzle’s network of sustainability experts. He will oversee the client journey from initial scoping through to delivery, ensuring that organisations are matched with the right consultants – and vice versa. He will also closely monitor the collaboration between client and consultant, ensuring it delivers value for both parties.

Founded in 2023 in the Netherlands, Dazzle is one of many platforms for independent consultants in Europe, but the only one with a pure-play focus on sustainability and ESG.

The network positions itself as a go-to partner for Sustainability Managers seeking external support for projects, innovation initiatives or temporary capacity. The platform brings together talent across a wide range of expertise areas, including ESG reporting, CSRD compliance, decarbonisation, biodiversity, EcoVadis assessments, SBTi commitments and large-scale transformations.
