EY-Parthenon welcomes three new partners in German business
EY-Parthenon, the strategy and deals consulting practice of EY, has strengthened its German business with the appointment of three new partners: Jens Marth, Kristin Kriemann and Tim Romer.
Jens Marth strengthens the Buy & Integrate team, expanding the firm’s M&A strategy capabilities for complex, cross-border transactions across a range of sectors. He joins from Deloitte, where he spent the past decade, and previously worked for PwC for eight years.
Kristin Kriemann joins the Restructuring practice, bringing a strong track record in complex turnaround situations to support clients – primarily in the real estate sector – in stabilising performance and securing liquidity in high-stakes environments. She previously spent 18 years at KPMG.
Tim Romer expands the Aerospace, Defence & Mobility practice in Germany, contributing deep procurement and transformation expertise for international clients. He most recently worked at PwC, and previously held roles at TMG Consultants and Porsche Consulting.
Welcoming the new partners, Sandra Krusch, Managing Partner of EY-Parthenon in Germany, said: “Our growth journey continues. We are excited to welcome our new partners. With extensive experience across M&A advisory, merger integration and restructuring, they further strengthen our teams – bringing the capabilities and perspectives our clients are looking for in today’s complex and fast-moving environment.”
In Germany, EY-Parthenon is on a strong growth trajectory and aims to accelerate further. Since the firm roughly doubled in size following an internal re-alignment of teams, the German business has added more than 200 people. Krusch said that EY-Parthenon aims to double its revenue by 2030, as the firm seeks to pull ahead of its main rivals, including the strategy arms of Deloitte (Monitor Deloitte) and PwC (Strategy&).
