AlixPartners hires trio of new senior leaders in Germany and Switzerland

Global management consultancy AlixPartners has strengthened its leadership team in Germany and Switzerland with the appointments of Jan-Henning Wille, Philip Wessely, and André Keller.

Appointed as Partner & Managing Director in Düsseldorf, Jan-Henning Wille is a member of the Aerospace & Defense practice of AlixPartners. He specializes in large-scale digital transformations, M&A transactions, and restructurings in the manufacturing industry.

Previously, he spent 17 years at PwC and Strategy&, most recently serving as Head of Aerospace & Defense for Germany and the EMEA region.

Philip Wessely has been appointed as Partner & Managing Director in Zurich. He has more than 18 years of consulting experience and joins from Kearney, where he most recently led the Manufacturing practice in Europe. Wessely has extensive expertise in transforming entire value chains – from procurement and production to planning and logistics.

Serving clients in the Swiss market, Wessely will primarily advise companies in the consumer goods, life sciences, and food and beverage sectors.

André Keller has been appointed as Partner in Munich. A member of the Aerospace & Defense team, he has more than 18 years of experience developing and implementing strategies for private and public aerospace and defense organizations in Europe and the Middle East. He has led large transformation and M&A projects, developed organizational and process structures, and designed product strategies for digital transformation initiatives, including relocations to lower-cost regions.

Before joining AlixPartners, Keller was a partner at Strategy& and previously spent nearly a decade in leadership roles at Airbus in its Defence & Space wing.
