FTI Consulting appoints Andreas Stöcklin as Transactions Leader for Continental Europe

FTI Consulting has appointed Andreas Stöcklin as Senior Managing Director and Transactions Leader for Continental Europe.

Based in Germany, Stöcklin has over 25 years of experience in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and board advisory. Throughout his career, he has advised on transactions for listed corporations, owner-managed companies, and private equity investors.

In his new role, he leads FTI Consulting’s services related to financial transactions, including transaction due diligence, carve-outs, and valuation services.

Stöcklin joins the US-headquartered consulting group from Kroll (formerly Duff & Phelps), where he was a member of the EMEA Management Committee and of the global leadership team for the Corporate Finance practice. Earlier, he led the firm’s German business, which he built from the ground up into a team of more than 100 consultants across three locations.

Prior to serving Kroll, Stöcklin worked at Siemens in an internal consulting role.
