EY names Paolo Lobetti Bodoni as Global Business Consulting Leader
EY has appointed Paolo Lobetti Bodoni as its new Global Business Consulting Leader.
The Italian is a long-standing member of EY, having joined the firm around two decades ago (prior to which he served Accenture). Since his arrival, he has grown the ranks and held several senior leadership roles. Most recently, he served as Business Consulting Leader for the Europe West region, and prior to that he led the company’s Consulting business in Italy.
In his client work, Bodoni brings extensive experience across areas such as strategy, digital transformation, customer management, retail and channel management, organisational development, and ecosystem business creation. “I work across several industries, from automotive to travel and professional services, helping our clients meet all targets: revenue goals, profitability, customer satisfaction, and people management.”

EY’s Business Consulting practice sits within the wider Consulting business and focuses on helping organisations improve how they operate, compete, and transform – essentially bridging strategy and execution.
Key offerings include strategy, operations, customer transformation, and broader end-to-end business change. The practice often works closely with the Technology Consulting team on tech-enabled transformations, as well as with EY-Parthenon on deals and strategic advisory work.
