Boston Consulting Group promotes Amine Benayad to senior partner
Boston Consulting Group has promoted Amine Benayad, managing director and partner in its Paris office, to the position of senior partner.
Amine Benayad, who joined the global strategy and management consulting firm, has built his career at the intersection of financial services, technology transformation and sustainability. He currently leads the Financial Institutions practice in France and is also Global Lead for Technology for Financial Institutions.
In his advisory work, he focuses on large-scale transformations across the financial sector, including operating model redesign, technology strategy, and growth initiatives. He also supports clients on the integration of artificial intelligence into banking business models, the development of strategic technology partnerships, and financing strategies linked to the environmental transition.
Prior to joining Boston Consulting Group (BCG), Benayad spent nearly a decade at Société Générale, where he specialised in structured products and later led a quantitative team focused on credit derivatives.
Since joining BCG as a principal, he was appointed partner in 2020 and has since held senior leadership roles across the Financial Services and Technology Advantage practices. He previously also the firm’s Climate & Sustainability practice in France between 2022 and 2024.
The promotion makes Benayad the 29th managing director and senior partner in Boston Consulting Group’s current partnership cohort in France.
