Eurogroup Consulting appoints Stevan Borozan as Principal in Vienna office

Eurogroup Consulting, a pan-European management consulting group, has strengthened its DACH business with the appointment of Stevan Borozan.

Appointed as a Principal in the firm’s Vienna office, Stevan Borozan brings 20 years of experience in digital transformation and large-scale programme delivery. He joins from Deloitte, where he spent the past five years within Deloitte Digital, focusing on digital transformation, data and AI, and programme management.

Earlier in his career, Borozan spent more than eight years at BearingPoint and also held roles at several other consultancies.

Throughout his career, he has led large-scale digital and technology programmes across cloud, data and AI, operational transformation, and enterprise modernisation. “I specialise in bridging business and IT stakeholders, aligning strategic objectives with operational execution, and delivering measurable business value while keeping initiatives within budget and minimising disruption to ongoing operations,” he said.

In his approach to delivering successful digital-led change, Borozan advocates an integrated approach with people at the core. “My approach combines three critical dimensions of transformation: technology, business processes, and the human factor. Sustainable digital transformation is not only about implementing new systems; it is about ensuring that organisations can adopt, scale, and operate change effectively.”

At Eurogroup Consulting, he will support the firm’s growth in the Austrian market and lead projects with clients in areas such as digital transformation strategy, AI and data-driven organisations, IT and business alignment, and cloud and enterprise modernisation. He focuses on clients in the financial services sector.

Founded in 1982, Eurogroup Consulting is a Paris-headquartered consulting firm with offices across Western Europe. Its DACH business comprises around 130 employees in Germany and Austria.
