Projective Group relocates Dutch office to one of Amsterdam’s main business districts

Projective Group, a pan-European financial services consultancy, has relocated its Dutch office to one of Amsterdam’s main business districts.

Established in 2006, Projective Group is a leading financial services consultancy with a presence in Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany, the United Kingdom, France, and Switzerland.

In the Netherlands, the firm is this year celebrating its 15th anniversary – Projective Group launched its Dutch office in 2011 and has since experienced rapid growth, expanding into a business of more than 200 professionals. Its growth in the country has, along the way, been accelerated by five acquisitions, including Charco & Dique, Enigma Consulting, and Finance Club.

Piet Impens, Country Lead for the Netherlands, has been part of the leadership team throughout this journey and says that the relocation from Driebergen to Amsterdam Bijlmer ArenA marks an important next chapter for the firm. “This move is a milestone that underpins our strategy to drive growth, attract talent, and adapt to evolving ways of working.”

From both a client and talent perspective, the move to the capital places the firm closer to key stakeholders. Projective Group works with major banks, insurance groups, pension funds, regulatory bodies, and fintech scale-ups – many of which are based in and around Amsterdam.

“Location is increasingly a strategic decision,” said Impens. “By moving to Amsterdam, we are positioning ourselves closer to clients, partners, and a broader talent pool. It reflects how we see the future of work: more connected, more collaborative, and more dynamic.”

Amsterdam is also home to two of the six largest universities in the Netherlands, providing a strong pipeline for graduate talent. Projective Group also hires extensively at senior levels from consulting and industry, and here too the capital region is a key draw, particularly within financial services.

Impens further highlighted the decision to locate in the Bijlmer ArenA area, a business district that provides close proximity to both talent and infrastructure, and offers excellent connectivity via rail, metro, and road networks.

Located in the Gaudí building, the new office has been designed to support flexible and collaborative working, featuring modern, more sustainable workspaces that encourage innovation and team interaction.

“The workplace is evolving rapidly, and accessibility, collaboration, and employee experience now play a major role in long-term business growth,” said Impens. “Our office strengthens Projective Group’s employer value proposition by offering employees improved accessibility and a vibrant working environment.”

The design and fit-out of the office was led by Shake Design & Build, which also delivered Projective Group’s offices in Belgium and London. The firm is well acquainted with the consulting sector, having previously completed fit-outs for peers including Bain & Company, BRG, and Deloitte and Baker Tilly in the Belgian market.
