Strategy& promotes Adrian Wepner and Camille Ané to partner

Global strategy consulting firm Strategy& has promoted two new members to its partnership: Adrian Wepner in Germany and Camille Ané in the Netherlands.

Adrian Wepner has more than 19 years of experience in management consulting, with a focus on financial services and, in particular, the insurance segment. He joined Strategy& in 2021 following the acquisition of 67rockwell, where he worked for thirteen years and was a partner.

“Coming from an entrepreneurial environment at 67rockwell and becoming part of Strategy& was a significant step for me, both personally and professionally. It meant entering a new setting, meeting new colleagues, and bringing together different experiences and ways of working,” says Wepner. “What made that transition so meaningful was the openness, trust, and support I encountered from the very beginning.”

At Strategy&, Wepner advises insurers in Germany and across Europe on major transformation topics, with a focus on commercial excellence, product management, sales cooperation, and digital transformation.

“I have always found work as a consultant deeply motivating because it sits at the intersection of strategy, technology, and real business impact. But what has mattered most to me throughout has never been transformation for its own sake. It has been the opportunity to work closely with clients, build trusted relationships, and help create lasting progress in times of change.”

Camille Ané, meanwhile, is a member of the Retail & Consumer Goods and Operations Strategy & Transformation practices. She joined Strategy& as a junior consultant in 2024 in its Paris office, after which she relocated to Amsterdam in 2020.

Her client work is focused on helping businesses transform their operations to become future-proof, with offerings including supply chain and network strategy development, operating model transformation, cost reduction, and digital transformation. She also specialises in portfolio reinvention and rethinking roles in the value chain, mainly due to the impact of AI.

“I am passionate about the food and beverage industry and focus my professional and private time on the strategic transformation opportunities and challenges of that global ecosystem,” says Ané.

Recent examples of projects include leading innovative strategy, design and transformation projects for multinational clients in the food and beverage industry – cross-functionally and with a particular focus on supply chain, manufacturing, engineering and procurement functions.

Internally at Strategy&, she also contributes to thought leadership. She co-authored research on opportunities arising from enhanced import/export capabilities and on value creation opportunities from ecosystem collaboration.
