Valcon launches Meridian to accelerate and govern enterprise agentic AI adoption
Valcon has launched Meridian, a new service designed to help organisations put agentic AI into practice quickly while maintaining security, compliance and European data sovereignty.
The new offering takes over business processes on behalf of organisations before introducing AI-powered agents to make those processes more efficient and automated.

A main benefit of Valcon’s offering is its ease of deployment and operation, allowing organisations to adopt agentic AI without first having to build all the required capabilities in-house. “While Meridian operates and governs agentic AI solutions, clients can realise value quickly. At the same time, joint teams work on building the technical, organisational and knowledge capabilities needed to take ownership themselves.”
This includes strengthening data foundations, governance, operating models, process redesign, training and change management. Once the client organisation is ready, the solution can be handed over to the organisation.

A central feature of Meridian is its ability to help organisations comply with key regulations, including the EU AI Act and GDPR, as well as requirements relating to data, governance, security and sovereignty.
“Organisations remain in control of their data, internal governance and regulatory requirements. Meridian is technology-agnostic and can also be deployed using fully European sovereign infrastructure,” said De Jongh.
