Devoteam and Dynatrace expand partnership to EMEA level

International IT consultancy firm Devoteam has entered into a regional partnership with Dynatrace, a company that provides technology for organisations to continuously monitor and analyse their IT environments.

Devoteam and Dynatrace have been working together for several years across multiple countries, including France, the Netherlands and Belgium. In these markets, Devoteam has successfully delivered Dynatrace projects for enterprises in sectors including financial services, water utilities, retail and luxury goods.

Building on this success, the partnership has now been expanded into an EMEA-wide collaboration, covering all countries within Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

Dynatrace provides platforms and tools that enable organisations to monitor the health and performance of their IT environments (‘observability’). The Dynatrace platform collects vast amounts of technical data from applications, websites, servers, cloud environments and databases, using AI to turn this data into actionable insights.

Under the expanded partnership, Devoteam will integrate Dynatrace’s software, including its AI engine Davis, OneAgent auto-instrumentation, Smartscape mapping and Grail data lakehouse, into its service offering.
