BearingPoint strengthens Irish leadership team with three senior promotions
BearingPoint has strengthened its leadership team in Ireland with three senior promotions.
At its Dublin office, Helen Crooks has been promoted to Director, Ted Scriven to Managing Director, and Ger Hayes has been appointed as Partner.
“These appointments recognise their outstanding leadership, client impact and commitment to our people,” BearingPoint said in a statement. “Their appointments further strengthen our leadership team as we continue a sustained period of growth.”
The appointments come as BearingPoint’s Irish business has expanded in recent years. The firm’s Irish workforce has grown by around 60% over the past three years to approximately 390 people, according to figures published by the firm.
Globally, BearingPoint has more than 6,000 employees and generates revenues of over €1 billion (2025).
Crooks has been promoted to Director following what BearingPoint described as “outstanding results” delivered over several years, as well as her contribution to key client engagements. Over the past year, she has also taken on leadership of the Systems Design team, with responsibility for its delivery capabilities, people and growth.
Scriven has been promoted to Managing Director after more than three decades with BearingPoint. In his new role, he will continue to hold a leadership position across the firm’s Irish client accounts.
Hayes has been appointed Partner and will lead BearingPoint’s newly formed Business Systems & Design unit. Working with the firm’s Advisory and Technology Delivery teams, the new unit will focus on developing and delivering solutions for clients.
