Unit4 hires two new executives: Stuart Nash (COO) and Anja Sadock (CMO)
Unit4, a provider of business software for professional services firms and other organisations, has appointed two new executives: Stuart Nash and Anja Sadock.
As Chief Operating Officer, Stuart Nash will be responsible for the company’s operations, internal processes and client services. He will focus on optimising Unit4’s business processes, strengthening the role of IT operations as a digital enablement partner for the business, and enhancing the customer experience for clients around the world.
Headquartered in the Netherlands, Unit4 provides a broad range of solutions to mid-market organisations, including its Unit4 ERP enterprise resource planning platform and solutions covering areas such as finance, procurement, project management and human resources. The company serves 5,100 customers worldwide across sectors including consulting, engineering, non-profit organisations, higher education and the public sector.
“It is exciting to be joining Unit4 as it implements its 2030 strategy to significantly grow the business,” added Nash. “Our customer strategy will be integral to bringing our customers on the journey with Unit4 to maximise the value they receive from our AI-native ERP capabilities. Likewise, we must continue to drive innovation and operational transformation in our approach to IT and business processes to best support our teams as they look to deliver value to our customers.”
Nash joins Unit4 from Finastra where he was Senior Vice President and Global Chief Information Officer. Earlier, he held several senior leadership roles in customer, IT and transformation domains at the NHS and Vodafone.
“Stuart brings 30 years of experience in operational leadership and transformation which will be invaluable in helping us raise the bar for our customers as we continue to innovate,” said Simon Paris, CEO of Unit4.
Meanwhile, Anja Sadock has joined the software company as Chief Marketing Officer. She brings more than 20 years of marketing and commercial leadership experience across the software, hospitality, and consumer goods sectors.
Most recently at TrusTrace, a B2B SaaS platform for supply chain traceability, Sadock led the marketing function and played an integral role in the company’s strong growth in recent years. Before that, she led brand and marketing strategy at Scandic Hotels, and spent 15 years at Procter & Gamble, where she held multiple marketing and commercial leadership roles across the Nordics and globally.
At Unit4, Sadock leads the global marketing organisation with responsibility for brand strategy, demand generation, and marketing excellence. She also has been tasked with further embedding AI across the marketing function to improve personalisation, automation, and efficiency.
“Unit4 has the people, the purpose, the product and the ambition to be the defining ERP leader for people-centric organisations. My job is to make sure the world knows it,” said Sadock.
Johan Reventberg, Chief Revenue Officer at Unit4, said: “Anja is exactly the marketing leader we set out to find: someone who thinks like a brand-builder, executes like a demand generation operator, and leads like a coach. She has already proven she can take a company make it the loudest, most credible voice in its category, and that is precisely the ambition we have for Unit4 in our markets.
