Workday names HR Path a Value-Added Reseller in the Dutch market
Global technology vendor Workday has named human capital consultancy HR Path a Value-Added Reseller in the Netherlands.
With 80 million users under contract worldwide, Workday is one of the world’s largest enterprise platforms for HR, finance and IT. Its platform enables organisations to manage their employees and business processes across areas including workforce planning, employee management, recruitment, payroll, talent management, learning and development, and finance.
Already a leading Workday implementation partner in the Dutch market, HR Path has now added Value-Added Reseller (VAR) status to its credentials. Through the expanded collaboration, HR Path will directly sell Workday solutions to small and medium-sized businesses in the Netherlands, combining the sales process with its end-to-end consulting, implementation and operational services.
“For us, the VAR model is the next logical step in providing even more comprehensive support to small and medium-sized businesses in the Netherlands,” said Angelo van Stijn, Associate Partner at HR Path.
Professionalising HR and finance
The partnership comes against a backdrop of many medium-sized organisations in the Netherlands seeking to professionalise their HR and finance systems, which often still operate in disconnected and insufficiently digitised environments. “Organisations are looking for a single, scalable platform that supports local requirements, enables international growth and drives AI-powered innovation,” said Van Stijn.
Hette Mollema, Country Manager for the Netherlands at Workday, added: “HR Path combines Workday’s innovative platform and AI capabilities with deep expertise in the Dutch market. In doing so, they help medium-sized and large organisations realise tangible business value, accelerate their digital transformation and adopt AI faster.”
HR Path
HR Path has been delivering Workday implementations and services in the Netherlands for close to a decade. Its capabilities cover a broad range of Workday modules, including Core HCM, Talent Management, Learning, Performance, Succession, Recruiting, Onboarding, Benefits, Payroll, Time Tracking, Absence and Advanced Compensation.
Van Stijn said: “Our strength lies in combining world-class technology with local market knowledge and a hands-on approach, reinforced by our continued investment in the Netherlands to support customers even more effectively at a local level. Together with Workday, we are creating an offering that provides greater guidance, certainty and confidence throughout the transformation journey.”
Earlier this year, HR Path also became a VAR partner in the UK and Ireland. In recent years, the consulting firm has been actively expanding its Workday practice through acquisitions, including Three Plus Consulting in 2024 and IntSys Solutions in 2025.
