Salesforce has elevated Sforza, an IT consulting firm from the Netherlands, to Silver Consulting Partner level.

With more than 200 IT consultants and specialists, Sforza is a mid-sized IT consultancy and solutions provider specialised in system integration, customer relationship management, infrastructure and cybersecurity. The firm, based in the southern Dutch city of Maastricht, focuses mainly on clients in the utilities, healthcare, food, life sciences and biotech, technology, and sport sectors.

After being a Registered Salesforce Consulting Partner for over three years, Sforza can now call itself a Silver Consulting Partner. Salesforce, a provider of cloud-based systems and applications for customer relationship management and sales & marketing, has five levels in its consulting partner programme, with the partner levels based on how much Salesforce work a consultancy is delivering, as well as a firm's track record and client success rates.

Sforza’s consultants help clients with designing Salesforce processes, governance and systems, and with the implementation into the organisation. One client project which the firm currently is working on is at Go Bike Service, a provider of mobile bike delivery and maintenance services, where the IT consultancy is supporting a transition aimed at better equipping the field services team with data and insights.

Commenting on the recognition, Oscar Vandeberg, Managing Partner of Sforza, said that the result acknowledges the“strong Salesforce growth” the firm has achieved. Looking ahead, he said, “Together with our clients, our consultants and our partners, we will continue to focus on satisfied customers, expanding our knowledge, growth of the organisation and, of course, the Salesforce Gold Consulting Partnership.”

Salesforce’s partner ecosystem for consulting work spans over 100 consultancies globally, including the likes of Accenture, Capgemini, Cognizant, Deloitte, KPMG, PwC and Wipro.

Alongside Salesforce, Sforza also works with systems in the SAP and Microsoft domain.
