Kea & Partners promotes three to Director in its Paris office
French management consulting firm Kea & Partners has promoted three of its consultants based in its Paris office to Director level: Claire de Colombel, Clément Artiguebieille and Igor Chaine.
Founded in 2001, Kea & Partners is one of the larger management consultancies of French origin. The firm’s team of around 150 consultants serve clients – multinationals, large enterprises and mid-sized businesses – across four main sectors: retail and e-commerce, fast moving consumer goods, industry, and services.
In the firm’s Paris headquarters, three advisors have seen their efforts over the past years been rewarded with a promotion. The 35-year-old Clément Artiguebieille has been with Kea & Partners since 2013, having previously worked at Paris-based consultancies Talan and WillBe Group. At Kea, Artiguebieille specialises in operations consulting, including offerings such as operational excellence, process management, organisation, governance and the delivery of large-scale transformations. His focus lies on clients in the services sectors, including financial institutions.
Igor Chaine learned the consulting tricks of the trade at Kea & Partners, joining as a junior consultant in 2010. Over the past nine years, he has supported clients mainly in the retail and consumer sectors with growth strategy and M&A expansion offerings. Internally, the University of Lyon graduate co-heads Kea & Partners’ community of strategy consultants and the firm’s Retail practice.
Lastly, Claire de Colombel. The 34-year-old has also been with Kea & Partners since the very start of her career, following graduation from business school HEC Paris in 2008. She focuses mainly on the organisation, human capital and culture aspects of change, and on clients in the consumer goods, luxury, retail, financial services and non-profit sectors. Between 2013 and 2016, she spent three years in Kea & Partner’s Brazil office, where she helped the consultancy launch and grow the hub into an established player.
Commenting on the appointments, Arnaud Gangloff, chief executive of Kea & Partners, said, “Claire, Clément and Igor have added high value to our clients. Their appointments recognise their contribution and demonstrate our commitment to personal growth.”
Last year, Kea & Partners was named one of France’s top employers for graduates and junior consultants, alongside consulting rivals Deloitte and BearingPoint.
Outside of France, Kea & Partners also has offices in Morocco and Brazil. To serve its international client base, Kea & Partners a few years ago founded the ‘Transformation Alliance’, a group of cooperating management consulting firms with a presence in 11 countries. Combined, Kea & Partners, h&z Management Consulting (Austria-based), MBS Consulting (Italy) and Q5 (UK) have around 500 consultants.
