BearingPoint welcomes 17 new Partners to European partnership

01 July 2019 Consultancy.eu

On the back of another year of growth, BearingPoint has admitted seventeen new Partners to its partnership across Europe.

When the management and technology consultancy unveiled its financial results for 2018 and ambitions going forward earlier this year, it was clear that BearingPoint’s top ranks would be significantly bolstered as per July, when BearingPoint traditionally announces its annual Partner appointments. Chasing the ambition to bump its revenue from the current €739 million to the ‘magic barrier’ of €1 billion in the coming 2-3 years, the European-origin consultancy has added 17 Partners to its leadership.

According to Kiumars Hamidian, who has been in the top seat since September last year after taking over from predecessor and BearingPoint veteran Peter Mockler, the admission reflects “the firm’s continued growth and success.” In a statement, he further said, “Each of our new Partners has significant experience and a strong track record of delivering what our clients need.”

Analysis of the new faces in the Partner team shows that ten Partners have been internally promoted, while seven have joined BearingPoint in the course of the last twelve months. The offices in France, Germany and Switzerland lead the list, with four, three and two appointments. The two externally hired new partners in Luxembourg are a result of BearingPoint opening an office in the country last year. Other appointments are across Belgium, Italy, the UK, the Nordics and Russia, with three of the seventeen female.BearingPoint welcomes 17 new Partners to European partnership
