Integra International adds members in Austria and Switzerland
Integra International, with around 5,000 employees one of the globe’s larger accounting and advisory networks, has expanded its presence in two German-speaking countries: Austria and Switzerland.
In Austria, Frühwirt Wirtschaftsprüfungs und Steuerberatungs, a professional services firm focused on audit, consulting and tax has joined Integra International. The firm has 15 staff, and is led by three partners: company founder Werner Fruehwirt (established in 1986), Florian Fruehwirt and Markus Bartl. Werner Fruehwirt has more than 30 years of professional experience, Florian Fruehwirt specialises in Austrian and European business law, and Markus Barti is an expert in corporate taxation and international tax law.
Klagenfurt-based Koestenbauer Steuerberatung is slightly larger than Frühwirt Wirtschaftsprüfungs und Steuerberatungs, with a team of circa 20 staff. The Austrian professional services firm has a similar profile, specialised in accounting, tax consulting and management consulting. The privately-held firm is led by managing partner Heinz Koestenbauer.
Meanwhile, in neighbouring Switzerland, Zurich-based Gätzi & Partner Treuhand has signed up to join Integra International’s ranks. The Swiss firm was founded in 2016 by Ralf Gätzi and Sven Bergamin, who previously both served a local accounting and advisory firm. Gätzi & Partner Treuhand is a boutique player, and has a team of four employees.
Commenting on the addition, Giuseppe Scibetta, Global Chair of Integra International’s said: “We are excited about the growth in Austria and Switzerland. This will help activate service to clients in the DACH region and referrals between members.”
The news comes shortly after another global accounting network, BOKS International, also unveiled a new partner in the region. Eustacchio Rechtsanwalte,a Vienna-based firm led by the brothers Andres and Thomas Eustacchio, joined BOKS International, taking the network’s total membership to 48 members across 34 countries.
Earlier this year, Graz-based Gaedke & Angeringer Steuerberatung, which has a 40-strong team, joined Geneva Group International.
