AdEx Partners appoints three new partners in Germany
German consulting firm AdEx Partners has in recent months expanded its leadership team with three new partners.
Alexandra Berling has per the 1st of July been appointed a partner in the firm’s Munich office. The 35-year-old specialises in business and digital transformation, business process design, IT project management, ERP implementations and outsourcing. During her thirteen years in the consulting industry – Berling joined AdEx Partners in 2015 and previously served Accenture for seven years – she delivered, among others, several operational excellence, post-merger integration and ERP projects. Her track record spans the automotive, manufacturing and healthcare sectors, with a focus on clients in the pharmaceutical and life sciences industry.
Philipp Krone is based in Leipzig, and similarly to Berling, he has a background at Accenture. Prior to joining AdEx Partners early 2018, he worked for French IT services giant Atos. The 32-year-old specialises in technology consulting, and brings years of experience in enterprise performance management, consolidation and analytics to the firm’s partnership. His functional focus is on finance transformation, financial forecasting and budgeting, while his industry focus is on clients in the automotive, manufacturing, telecommunications and high-tech sectors.
Having served Accenture and EY for over a decade, Jochen Gajda joined AdEx Partners in October 2016 as an associate partner. Three years down the line, he now has been rewarded for his track record at the consultancy. 43-year-old Gajda specialsies in programme and project management, with a focus on transitions that have a large technology component. During his career, he has delivered such projects to over 50 clients organisations worldwide.
Already a partner, but also promoted into a new role at AdEx Partners is Stefan Rieder. The past five years, he led the firm’s Swiss office in Zug, and under his direction, the office managed to book strong growth. The 41-year-old has now been promoted to managing director of AdEx Partners. Rieder’s expertise lies in business and IT transformations, programme management and outsourcing advisory.
The four promotions come on the back of several new recent hires. Among the newcomers are Patrick Heks and Tam Tran (both work in the SAP practice), Jan Heinrichs and Patrick Schacher (both based in Switzerlands' Zug office) and Frank Trebes (formerly at Deloitte Consulting, appointed an associate partner).
Privately-held AdEx Partners was founded in 2012 by Carsten Kracht and Ferdinand Weiss after serving Accenture for twenty-one and twelve years, respectively. The consulting firm has around 120 consultants and staff in Germany (Berlin, Hamburg, Munich and Wiesbaden), Austria (Vienna) and Switzerland (Zug).
Earlier in the summer, fellow German-origin management consulting firm Roland Berger appointed two new partners in Germany: Frank Pietras and Uwe Weichenhain.
