Projective adds agile transformation consultants in Belgium
Financial services consultancy Projective has beefed up its Belgian team with a trio of new hires: Sooky De Troyer, Rutger Christian van Wesel and Claire Deconinck.
With over 200 consultants and project managers in Brussels, Frankfurt, London, Paris and Amsterdam, Projective is a mid-sized consulting firm focused on managing and delivering complex change in the financial services industry. Three of the firm’s team members joined recently in home country Belgium, where the firm was founded in 2006.
Sooky De Troyer brings over 15 years of experience in financial services to Projective. She most recently served the Belgian arm of Dutch banking institution ING for nine years – in the period she was involved with several large organisational and agile transformations (impacting up to 5,000 employees) in the bank’s retail and wholesale banking units.
Prior to that, she worked for eleven years in the sales departments of American investment manager Invesco and the asset management arm of Deutsche Bank.At Projective, De Troyer will focus on agile working transitions. She has experience with among others the Scrum, Kanban, SaFe and Spotify methodologies) and is passionate about engaging people by making them successful in adopting the agile way of working through cultural change & craftsmanship.
On other projects, she will focus on the human capital side of change – her expertise spans leadership, mindset & behaviour and change & communication.
Rutger Christian van Wesel is an expert in implementing large-scale transformations and is a certified agile coach. He previously worked for two consulting firms: DXC Technology and CGI. At the latter firm, formerly Logica in the Benelux, Van Wesel led the consulting activities for the insurance industry. Before that, he gained financial services experience at ING Belgium, US healthcare company Johnson & Johnson and Dutch e-commerce specialist ISM eCompany.
Claire Deconinck joined the consultancy from Belgian retailer Colruyt Group, where she spent three years working on digital-driven projects. Previously, she worked six years for the ING in Belgium, and nearly two years for Accenture, a global consulting and technology group, where she started her career. At Projective, Deconinck will focus on delivering agile transformations in financial services.
