A.T. Kearney appoints Arnaud Bodji and Julien Vincent
A.T. Kearney has appointed two new senior advisors in France: Arnaud Bodji and Julien Vincent.
The 38-year-old Arnaud Bodji has been hired externally from Corporate Value Associates, a boutique strategy consultancy with 18 offices globally. Bodji spent more than fourteen years at Corporate Value Associates in France, latterly in the role of partner, and formerly, he acted as head of the firm’s Paris office.
Prior to joining Corporate Value Associates, Bodji worked briefly for Argon Consulting, a French-origin supply chain and operations consulting firm.
With more than 16 years of experience in the consulting industry under his belt, the Ecole des Mines de Paris graduate has been appointed a Vice President at A.T. Kearney – equivalent to a senior partner level at other partner-led consulting firms. He specialises in operations, sourcing, procurement, cost reduction programmes and change management.
“We are very pleased that Arnaud has agreed to join us,” said Nicolas Lioliakis, A.T. Kearney’s boss in France. His expertise in developing long-term strategies and optimising costs bolsters our client offerings.”
Bodji now leads A.T. Kearney’s Aerospace, Transport and Industries practice in France. Commenting on his move, he said, “Joining such a renowned firm as A.T. Kearney is a great opportunity. The international character of the firm [the consultancy has over 50 offices in 40-plus countries] and the responsibilities entrusted to me convinced me to embark on this new adventure.”
The hire comes shortly after A.T. Kearney promoted Julien Vincent to partner from within its own ranks. The INSA (Institut national des Sciences appliquées de Lyon) and INSEAD graduate has been serving the management consulting firm since 2010, focusing on corporate strategy, digital transformation, due diligence and merger integrations.
Vincent has gained extensive experience in a range of industries, including telecom, media, technology, private equity and financial services. Prior to joining A.T. Kearney, he worked eight years for telecom giants Orange and France Telecom in project management and business development roles.
A.T. Kearney has been active in France since the mid-60s. The firm’s current country managing partner Nicolas Lioliakis has been leading A.T. Kearney France since January 2017, a role he combines with that of EMEA Leader of the firm’s Financial Services practice. Previously, he worked for AlixPartners, Bain & Company, Oliver Wyman and McKinsey & Company.
