BrazilRoy Martina departs Accenture for Bold Capital Management
Roy Martina, a senior advisor at Accenture in the Netherlands, has joined boutique consulting firm Bold Capital Management as a partner.
With nearly two decades of experience under his belt, Martina brings extensive expertise in management consulting and programme- and project management to Bold Capital Management. During his twelve year spell at Accenture, he contributed to projects across a range of industries, including entertainment, financial services, telecom, logistics & transport, oil & gas and professional services.
Martina specialises in topics including business transformation, delivery and change management, talent management and digitisation, and has led multidisciplinary teams in different countries across Europe.
At Bold Capital Management, a 20-strong consulting firm that helps mid-sized corporates and portfolio companies with financial advisory and business change services, Martina has been appointed a partner and head of its Transformation practice.
“Roy is known for his strong drive, creativity, relationship and stakeholder management, effectiveness, focus on people, solving complex problems and getting things done with a clear client-centered mindset,” said Jeroen van der Neut, a partner at Bold Capital Management.
Martina’s move comes days after the consulting firm also added Coen Rispens to its team. Rispens previously worked for five years in the business intelligence unit of Axians, the technology services division of French multinational VINCI Energies.
