Accuracy promotes three partners in Paris and Amsterdam
Accuracy, a consulting firm with around 450 employees globally, has promoted three new partners in Europe.
In France, where Accuracy is headquartered, the consultancy has admitted Amaury Pouradier Duteil and Romain Proglio into its Paris-based partnership.
Amaury Pouradier Duteil has been with Accuracy for six years, having joined in 2014 from Deloitte, where he worked in the firm’s Transaction Services practice for seven years. During his 13 year career, he has gained extensive experience in strategy, valuations, due diligence and transaction advisory.
He focuses mainly on clients in the financial services space, including banks and insurers, as well as asset & wealth managers and brokers, and has also built a track record in the real estate and business services sectors. In addition, Pouradier Duteil has worked for private equity funds and family offices.
Romain Proglio started his career as an Analyst at investment bank Lazard, after which he worked for PAI Partners, a French private equity company. In the past eleven years at Accuracy, Proglio has worked across four main areas. In the transaction support space, he has conducted several financial due diligence projects (both sell side and buy side), and in the valuations space he has performed valuation of companies for deals, disputes and situations of distress.
Proglio also has corporate finance expertise related to turnarounds and restructuring, and has contributed to several litigation and arbitration cases including performing financial assessments of the losses incurred. The primary areas of his client work are in the manufacturing, energy, professional services, real estate, retail, telecom and construction sectors.
Meanwhile in Amsterdam, Joris Timmers has become the firm’s second partner. He has extensive experience across Accuracy’s service offerings, from transactions and business optimisation, to valuation assignments and disputes. He mainly advises large corporates and private equity parties, in both a national as well as international context.
The 32-year-old joined Accuracy in 2011, and before that he spent a few years at Talanton Corporate Finance, a Dutch boutique mergers & acquisitions advisory firm. He now leads the local office together with country managing partner Leontine Koens-Betz, a former KPMG consultant who was part of the founding team of Accuracy in the Netherlands thirteen years ago.
Commenting on the promotions, the firm's CEO Frédéric Duponchel said, “Accuracy is growing, and Amaury, Romain and Joris have proven that they can play key roles in our growth ambition. We are delighted to have them be part of our leadership.”
