CPMview launches SAP app for country-by-country process

Financial consulting firm CPMview has launched a new app that helps companies with their entire country-by-country process from a single solution. 

Following months of design and development, Dutch consultancy firm CPMview last week received the nod from ERP giant SAP to launch its app across the SAP marketplace.

Commenting on the decision, Rudmer Bosga, Partner Business Manager at SAP Netherlands said: “We are very pleased with CPMview's new proposition. The country by country app is 'spot on' and an enrichment of the SAP Analytics Cloud platform.”

The app tackles a cumbersome and costly process within finance organisation of multinational companies: the country-by-country reporting process. Tax managers typically identify the task as a time-consuming process, with complexity and high error sensitivity in the field of data integration. Meanwhile, CFOs are under growing pressure to make the process as efficient, but also swiftly as possible to enable timely analysis and report financials without errors.

The new app provides a one-stop platform which deals with necessary substeps including compiling the data from different sources, assessing data according to international tax guidelines and filing the information to tax authorities. 

“This app is a true plug and play solution for complex reporting processes. It not only provides insight into a company's financial results, but also shows how tax authorities interpret this data. The results are accessible 24/7 and are visualised in clear dashboards,” says Bart van Onzen, a Partner at CPMview. 

According to Van Onzen, the app builds on CPMview decade long track record in corporate performance management (CPM). “We advise, implement and supervise CPM projects. CPMview is a certified SAP partner, and alongside the ‘Qualified Partner Packaged Solution’ certificate which it received to green light its new app, the consultancy also is certified for SAP’s Business Planning & Consolidation (BPC), Analytics Cloud, S/4HANA Group Reporting and Disclosure Management modules.
