Former Synechron managing director Joost Loves joins Triquesta
Joost Loves, the former managing director of Synechron in the Netherlands, has joined Triquesta.
The former consultant has been appointed a managing director of business development, focused on leading growth and new client acquisition in the Benelux and wider European region. The role sees him join Triquesta’s global management team, based out of the Netherlands.
Triquesta is a financial technology company that provides solutions for collateral, risk and capital management. The Singapore-headquartered company was founded in 2006 and currently serves clients in over 25 countries across the globe.Loves brings more than two decades of consulting experience in the financial services industry to Triquesta. Most recently, he served as managing director of Synechron in the Netherlands, having worked over a decade for the consulting firm and its predecessor Double Effect. Both consultancies focus on the financial services industry with a special focus on large-scale transformation projects.
Before that, Loves worked nine years for the consulting arm of PwC, and briefly for IBM after the technology giant bought PwC’s consulting arm globally amid the Enron scandal at the turn of the century.
Commenting on his move, Loves said; “To build an organisation that grows to be an industry leader is one of my ambitions. After many years of working with a big player like Synechron, I started to itch for the entrepreneurial feel of the early days at Double Effect. I am proud to be part of Triquesta’s team and I am really looking forward to realising these ambitions.”
Meanwhile, in its Sydney office, Triquesta also hired Geoff Cox as a managing director of business development.
