BrazilSAP certifies Dimensys as a Partner Center of Expertise
Global ERP giant SAP has re-certified Dimensys as a Partner Center of Expertise (PCOE) in the Netherlands.
The consulting firm, headquartered in Den Bosch, a city in between the larger cities of Utrecht and Eindhoven, is specialised in process and IT consulting and has carried the PCOE status since 2012. At the time, it became one of the first consultancies in the Benelux to be handed the status.
Companies that have a PCOE Certification are provided the right to serve as an accredited provider of SAP support services. SAP has a rigorous process in place to ensure that its certified partners meet the highest standards, including checks on certified people, infrastructure, support processes and governance.
According to SAP, “only a small percentage of SAP partners pass the PCOE certification process due to the complex requirements,” meaning that those who do come through are elite SAP partners that “can be trusted to provide consistent, uniform, and high-level SAP expertise and quality to their clients.”
Following an independent audit, Dimensys has now seen its certification extended for a fifth two-year term, on the back of its managed services for clients such as construction company Jan Snel, logistics provider Euro Pool System, healthcare institution Parnassia and aviation group Airbus.
All support related matters of these and other customers are handled by Dimensys Managed Services (DMS). The employees of Dimensys DMS proactively maintain the systems of customers and respond to requests. Meanwhile, necessary actions are picked up and communicated to the relevant stakeholders such as end clients or vendors. To maintain quality, Dimensys DMS has several rigorous kpi’s in place.
The latest certification also sees Dimensys enlarge its mandate. The firm is now additionally PCOE certified for SAP Analytics – one of the fastest growing areas within SAP’s multifaceted systems landscape – meaning that it is authorised to provide support in the field.
According to Peter Kleinjan, a partner at Dimensys, the re-certification represents a large compliment for everyone at the firm who is involved with SAP services. “Through this certification, our customers are guaranteed that our quality management processes and offerings are of a very high level and that we have all the technical know-how needed to keep SAP systems up and running.”
