BearingPoint welcomes four partners in Austria and Switzerland

Global business and technology consultancy BearingPoint has promoted four to partner in Austria and Switzerland. 

According to a statement by BearingPoint accompanying the announcement of eleven new partners globally effective July 1st, the appointments are a testament to the firm’s success and resilience even during these challenging times, and underpin the its strategy to continue to invest in its people.

As BearingPoint’s boss for Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Italy Iris Grewe put it, “Promoting excellent employees is one of our most important values.”

Anna Kremer joined BearingPoint in the summer of 2019, having previously gained consulting experience at Q_Perior for six years. Before that, she held several management and finance roles in industry. At BearingPoint, she is a partner in the Finance & Regulatory practice, based out of Zurich. 

Kremer focuses on CFO services, helping clients transform their finance departments, and advises them on emerging technologies including automation, smart contracts and machine learning. She also has a track record in SAP implementations, focused on the finance domains of accounting, controlling, reporting, planning and consolidation.

Tomas Chroust is a cross-industry partner specialised in technology. Also based in Zurich, he is responsible for BearingPoint’s data & analytics and artificial intelligence offerings in Switzerland. He also has extensive experience in data strategy, data architecture, visual analytics and robotic process automation. 

His track record spans working on technology workstreams of large digital transformations, delivering emerging technologies and advising on IT during mergers & acquisitions, including providing IT due diligence services. Before joining the consultancy, Chroust worked as an independent consultant, delivering projects for among others Daimler in its marketing & sales function.

Reto Tomasini has been with BearingPoint for over a decade, having previously worked nine years at two other consulting firms. He is responsible for the Manufacturing practice in Switzerland, focused on helping industrial clients with business and IT transformations, Industry 4.0 services robotisation, internet of things and digital twins. 

In addition, “we offer our industrial customers cross-industry propositions, particularly in the areas of CFO Advisory, Data Analytics and CIO Advisory, as well as a range of solutions” said Tomasini.

Meanwhile, in Austria, where BearingPoint is based in Vienna, Andreas Mitter has joined the partnership. He has been with the firm his entire career, ascending the ranks from junior consultant level. He leads the firm’s Agile Advisory and Agile Software Engineering practices in Austria and focuses on clients across sectors.

As part of the same mid-year partner intake, BearingPoint promoted four new partners in France.
