Nova Consulting, a specialised French management consultancy, has appointed consulting veteran Joël Benzimra as its managing director. He leads a team of around 80 partners, consultants and staff.

The new boss brings more than 30 years of experience in strategy and management consulting to the firm. Prior to joining, he was the global leader of KPMG Advisory’s Consumer & Retail practice, focused on helping the firm’s clients with growth strategies, business transformation, marketing & sales and performance improvement.

Before that, Benzimra spent eleven years at Kearney (at the time A.T. Kearney). He was part of the team that led the management buy-out of A.T. Kearney from EDS in 2005, and grew the ranks to latterly become the leader of its Consumer & Retail practice for the Europe, Middle East and Africa region.
