Swedish firms join international professional services networks
Two local Swedish professional services firms have joined global networks.
Based in Stockholm, Nordic Accounts is an accounting, tax and financial advisory firm. The firm, led by founder Daniel Keck, specialises in helping small and mid-sized companies, and supports international companies willing to establish in Sweden.
Nordic Accounts has joined the network of SFAI International, a global accounting and consulting network with a presence in more than 60 countries.
The move is part of SFAI strategy to grow its European footprint. The Mexico City headquartered firm has a strong presence in North and South America, and is actively building its operations outside of the Americas. In the past months, the network for instance added four new member firms in the Middle East.
Meanwhile, Nexia International has added Lundin Revision to its Swedish network. Lundin Revision has two partners and 13 members of staff, and is based in Gothenberg. The firm supports its clients with auditing, VAT handling, payroll services, business advisory, setting up of companies and company structures, due diligence, mergers & acquisitions and a full suite of administration and accounting services.
The owner of Lundin Revision, Henrik Lundin, on why the firm joined Nexia: “We were searching for an international network, which would enable us to better serve our existing internationally, and to receive new business clients in Sweden that required local assistance. After being contacted by Nexia in Stockholm, we found it the perfect match to join the Nexia network.”
“We are pleased to welcome Lundin Revision to the network. The firm will be able to bring many opportunities to Sweden's business community as well as enhancing our presence within the EMEA region,” said Nexia CEO Kevin Arnold.
For Nexia, the cooperation comes shortly after it expanded its presence in Switzerland with the addition of Basel-based Testaris. Nexia is one of the world’s ten largest groups of independent accounting and consulting firms by headcount.
