Alexandra Jankovich (SparkOptimus) interviews leaders at CES Unveiled
At this year’s CES Unveiled – one of the globe’s top events and communities for technology and digital innovation – the managing partner of SparkOptimus Alexandra Jankovich hosted three sessions with leaders of multinationals.
Branded by its founder the Consumer Technology Association (CTA) as “the most influential tech event in the world”, the latest European CES Unveiled edition took place early October, hosted from hubs in Paris and Amsterdam. Now in its seventh year, and fully digital for the first time, CES Unveiled brought together leaders from across industries to gain a glimpse of the latest innovations, technology leadership and network with like-minded peers.
At the event, industry leaders, government officials and technology influencers shared their views on the role technology can play in pulling the world through the current times of crisis. Top speakers included Mona Keijzer, the Netherlands’ State Secretary for Economic Affairs and Climate Policy; Jeroen Tas, Chief Innovation & Strategy Officer of Philips; Peter Hoekstra, US Ambassador to the Netherlands; and Alexandra Jankovich, the co-founder of award-winning strategic digital transformation consultancy SparkOptimus.
Business as force for good
Jankovich hosted the “Leadership in disruptive time” sessions, conducting interviews with three leaders – André Hoffmann, Vice-Chairman of the Board at Roche; Petri Hofsté, Member of the Supervisory Board at Rabobank, Achmea, Fugro and Pon; and Benoît Coquart, Chief Executive Officer of Legrand.
The discussions touched upon lessons learned during the current crisis, and also included rapidly emerging topics such as purpose, sustainability and innovation. Amongst other topics, André Hoffmann shared his vision on business as a force for good, his engagement in education, and the importance of keeping a long-term mind-set in a rapidly evolving environment.
Petri Hofsté talked about how to continue to attract investors in these uncertain times and the implications of the current changes for educational systems. Benoît Coquart explained how his company uses data and artificial intelligence to serve the customer, the different approaches to sustainability, and his vision on employee empowerment.
