Becht acquires Dutch business consultancy EPS
Dutch consultancy EPS Customer Solutions has been snapped up by Becht, a 1,500 strong global engineering firm.
Founded in 2010, EPS Customer Solutions (EPS) is a business consultancy firm serving the oil refinery, petrochemical, energy and steel industries. The Netherlands-based company advises its clients on strategic studies, performance improvement and operational excellence, operational due diligence during M&A, technology assessment, licence to operate and training.

The bolt-on of EPS adds a layer of management consulting capabilities to Becht’s footprint, which are grounded in the engineering sphere. It bolsters our regional presence and enables us to better serve our clients in the EMEA region.”
Meanwhile, for the Dutch firm and its 50 members, the joining of forces will allow it to tap into the network of one of the globe’s top players in its core industry of focus: oil refineries. Over 95% of the refineries in the US and Canada sit on Becht’s roster of clients, and also beyond the America’s the firm ranks among the leaders in the field.
“Joining Becht will be a great opportunity for the EPS consultants to work for existing and new clients, while our clients will be able to benefit from the increased range of expertise and capabilities offered by Becht,” said Diederik Visser, Managing Director of EPS.
