Vikram Dhaliwal joins Oliver Wyman's team in Amsterdam
Oliver Wyman has strengthened its retail and consumer goods practice in the Netherlands with the addition of Vikram Dhaliwal.
Appointed a Principal, Vikram Dhaliwal joins the global strategic consulting firm from Strategy&, where he worked for the past six years since obtaining his MBA at INSEAD.
At PwC’s strategy consulting subsidiary (formerly known as Booz & Company), Dhaliwal gained extensive experience with strategy development, operating model design, commercial capability building, and go-to-market and channel strategy. His focus is on clients in the consumer goods and retail sectors.
Earlier in his career, Dhaliwal worked as a Strategic Marketing Consultant at TrustedFamily, a provider of technology software to family businesses, and at marketing and advertising agency Rediffusion in India, where he grew up and obtained obtained his bachelor and postgraduate diploma.
Throughout his nine years in the marketing and advertising industry, Dhaliwal gained knowledge in the workings of the marketing, advertising, sales and insights functions.
He will now leverage his fifteen years of experience to help Oliver Wyman expand its footprint in the retail and consumer goods segments – one of the firm’s larger industry verticals in the Netherlands alongside financial services.
Oliver Wyman, a $2.1 billion consulting company, first launched in the Netherlands in 2013 when it opened an office in Amsterdam, having served clients in the country from other offices since the mid-1990s.
