Marco Seller joins mid-market M&A consultancy Florin Finance

Netherlands-based mid-market M&A consultancy Florin Finance has added a new partner to its leadership team: Marco Seller. 

The dealmaker brings over ten years of experience in corporate finance and investment banking to the firm, and becomes its fifth partner. They lead a team of ten consultants specialised in mergers & acquisitions and growth financing. 

Seller joins from Kempen & Co where was a Director Corporate Finance, focused mainly on executing midmarket transactions (deal between €50 million to €250 million). Earlier in his career he spent six years with ABN AMRO where he worked on various M&A and equity capital market projects in the Netherlands and the US.

Seller’s track record includes: advising Easy Sanitary Solutions on the sale to HansGrohe; TicketSwap on its bridge financing; Lucas Bols on its refinancing and the acquisition of Passõa; and the acquisition of Mandema by VLC & Partners.
