“After a great period at Kempen & Co, I'm excited to continue my career as a Partner at Florin Finance. It allows me to continue to combine my passion for deal advisory and working with entrepreneurs and private equity in the mid-market.”

Commenting on his decision to join Florin Finance, he said: “Florin Finance is a midmarket M&A boutique where hands-on senior involvement, quality, and a personal approach are key. Combined with a high-quality team and a good international network, they are perfectly equipped to grow in the very active midmarket segment on the basis of content and quality.”

He added that he enjoyed a good personal fit with the firm’s four other partners – Derk Jan Helleman, Leo Bos, Niels Roks and Remco Goes.

Seller’s track record includes: advising Easy Sanitary Solutions on the sale to HansGrohe; TicketSwap on its bridge financing; Lucas Bols on its refinancing and the acquisition of Passõa; and the acquisition of Mandema by VLC & Partners.

Derk Jan Helleman, one of the founding partners said: “Marco’s hands-on mentality, extensive deal experience, and broad network are an excellent fit with our philosophy.”
